There have been unwelcome and frustrating delays in receipt of our RAT.

We have been working to secure our stock but delays in the supply chains, government orders and surging demand

We understand the Government has invoked a clause within the Sponsors agreement (Sponsors are those importing TGA approved RAT'S) whereby the Government can purchase a substantial amount of the imported RAT's

Scott Morrison posted on LinkedIn this morning - "Omicron has brought a lot of new challenges to Australia and the world, particularly when it comes to testing due to the high number of cases. I know this is incredibly frustrating and highly disruptive, particularly to people’s plans at this time of the year.

Along with revising the requirements for who needs to get tested, we are also taking strong action to secure supplies of Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) and make sure they are available and accessible to everyone.

As a result of this government intervention, your full order of RAT's is unlikely to be de delivered on the expected date of 14 Jan 2022.

We have been advised that we will receive all our stock by 21st  Jan 2022 with small allocations leading up to that date. As a result,  you are eligible for a full refund (if you like a refund please reply via sale receipt with your request)
